After a "few" tries, I finally succeeded in making replacement 
3/4" square 100Khz IF transformers which actually look a little 
better than the JW Miller #1710 parts. It's a relatively easy 
convert from 262Khz K-Tran IFs, but you have to increase 
inductance (screw the tuning cups towards each other) while 
not creating an over coupling situation (separate the tuning cups).
