Yes that's is not difficult, the PLL doesn't present any problem, the 
difficulty is that the board has two VCO'S one for RX and another for TX
One reference crystal and two band crystals for reference off the vco's 
an IC switcher and another IC for the mixer with ferrite coil.
I would like to know how they have done the mixer and the circuit for 
switcher between the TX and the RX
And as I have to change the frequency off the VCO'S from 80 MHz to 50 
MHz , and I need the value off the caps and the layout off the oscillators.
