[HomeBrew] Amp kit or project for QRP rigs?

I am searching for either a kit, or a well-documented project (including PCB
artwork if possible) for building a small linear amp that I will drive with
various 1-5W monoband CW kit rigs.

I want complete bandswitching 80-10M (10M coverage not absolutely essential;
160M would be good to have also, but also not essential), at least 50W out (100W
would be even better, but no more than that; I will use the amp almost
exclusively for CW, but it would be nice to have SSB also [there is only one QRP
SSB kit on the market at the moment, I think], though not strictly necessary),
in a clean, robust package.

In a recent (1998-2000?) ARRL Handbook there was such a project, I know, but I
have criticisms/reservations about that design and the documentation, so would
like to hear about alternatives that are available. Please direct me to sites,
books, old QST/CQ/73s, or let me know what you have![?] Thanks, hopefully!
