The effects that you'd want to model in this type of balanced mixer are:

    1. loss in the transformers
    2. diode 'off' state capacitance
    3. diode switching characteristics
    4. stray capacitances
    5. imbalances

For a simple mixer model, I'd start with an ideal transformer.  Find a
Schottky diode model that seems appropriate.
Add some reasonable stray capacitances. You can tweak the balance by
judiciously tampering with the diode model
and/or the capacitors across the center-tapped transformer windings.
