Anyone adapted a Motorola speaker-mic for use with a Ham HT? I have mic model HMN9083D and want to use it with my IC-W21AT. Also, is there an adapter, or could I get an in-line 5pin female Motorola connector so I may rig an adapter rather than hacking the stock Motorola mic plug off?
