[HomeBrew] dentron GL-1000 no grid output

[ni4l]

i took the relay out and cleaned it really  good also checked to make
sure that no shorts giong to pl259s. i checked for any loose connections
found none. Its like when you key it up and apply power you can just
barley see the output meter after the amp barely move. with the amp off
talking thru it have no problem getting out. Can press relay when i am
receiving and receive goes away. Its not letting the power come out of
the amp.Is there any thing else i could check?
