EAGLE is freeware, http://www.cadsoftusa.com/.  I have been using this for 
some time, I have evaluated quite a few free software products, but none are 
as good as eagle.

BTW, does anyone else find the ** HOMEBREW REFLECTOR ... ** dumb and annoying?
