I believe you have a temp compensated VCXO.

Sounds like the same part number we designed into
the Equatorial C-200 spread spectrum satellite equipment
back in the late 70's/early 80's . It served as a local
timebase for the modulator/demodulator unit. The system was
a CDMA type and when time lock was achieved with the satellite,
the local VCXO was steered into synchronism with the base 
stations Rubidium clock.

I've got the specs on the unit around somewhere. If I can
find them I'll forward you a copy.

If I remember correctly the pins were: Vcc, Ground, Output, Control.

the control pin took something like 0 to + 12vdc and caused the
output frequency to vary something like +/10Hz around the center freq
of 10.0000 MHz.
