[HomeBrew] Airband receiver schematic

Hi all,

Some time ago I remember having seen a schematic of an airband 
receiver that does not affect airplane electronics and can be used on 
board a plane. This must have been on QST or CQ magazine.
Does anyone remember this schematic ??
