[HIham] SKYWARN Activation starting tonight at 10:00 pm

I received this email from Clem Jung, SKYWARN Coordinator.

    To All,

    The NWS has notified me they want to activate SKYWARN for Tropical Storm Darby.  The Ham SKYWARN net will be activated from Friday, July 22, 2016 to Monday, July 25, 2016.

    The State and DEM RACES linked repeaters and the two EARC, 146.660  and the 146.800 repeaters, will be linked for both voice and Fldigi MT63-1KL.  Also the 7.080 USB will also be used for voice and Fldigi.

    Please participate if you see any severe weather situation.  Please give this widest distribution.
