To All, The NWS has notified me they want to activate SKYWARN for Tropical Storm Darby. The Ham SKYWARN net will be activated from Friday, July 22, 2016 to Monday, July 25, 2016. The State and DEM RACES linked repeaters and the two EARC, 146.660 and the 146.800 repeaters, will be linked for both voice and Fldigi MT63-1KL. Also the 7.080 USB will also be used for voice and Fldigi. Please participate if you see any severe weather situation. Please give this widest distribution. Many of these are from the various W1AW/portable centennial operations in 2014. Cards can be picked up at HARC, KARC or EARC meetings courtesy of Kevin AH6QO who has volunteered to tote them around. They may also be picked up at my QTH with some advance warning (e-mail and phone contact information below). Or they may be mailed if you have established an account with Barbara Darling NH7FY, the overall QSL manager for the state of Hawaii - contact her for details. I can also handle one-time mailing of QSLs already on Oahu if requested and advance deposit is made.
