In late November 2016 another 1000-1200 new QSL cards from the ARRL QSL
bureau arrived on Oahu, courtesy of Barbara NH7FY and various
intermediaries.

Cards can be picked up at HARC, KARC or EARC meetings courtesy of Kevin
AH6QO who has volunteered to tote them around.

They may also be picked up at my QTH with some advance warning (e-mail
and phone contact information below). I can also handle mailing of QSLs
already on Oahu if requested and advance deposit is made.

SPECIAL NOTE: The Oahu Bureau is now holding about 5000 cards in the
active file and another 2500 cards in the "dead files", many of them
quite old. In conjunction with Joe AH0A, ARRL Section Communications
manager, it has been decided that *_on _**_March 30, 2017,_**__**_ALL
CARDS WILL BE DESTROYED that arrived prior to December 2016 and were not
picked up or otherwise had arrangements made for their
delivery._***Cards arriving at the bureau after November 2016 will be
held for pickup as usual.

Note re W1AW/portable and W100AW QSLs: The special W1AW/portable and
W100AW operations in 2014 have been QSLd 100 percent by ARRL via the
bureau. If you are not a DXer but worked any of the special W1AW
stations, you have one or more QSLs waiting for you at the Bureau. If
you want your W1AW card(s), either go to one of the Oahu club meetings
or contact me for arranging a mailing. I will be happy to let you know
how many cards you have on file. In nearly all cases one SASE will be
sufficient (up to 10 cards).

The following calls have 40 or more cards waiting and have not made
arrangements with me or with others for pickup or are not known to go to
club meetings regularly (apologies to any regular attendees I've included):

AH6 -
AH7 -
KH6 - DV EV FQ K QH R V
KH7 - D RS TV
NH6 - S
NH7 - SR WN
WH6 - CC RT

Please, if you know any of these folks, let them know they have cards at
the bureau and that they have four months to pick them up before they're
thrown out.
