Regarding the Amateur Radio Parity Act of 2015, S-1685. The full Commerce Committee is meeting TOMORROW to mark up the various bills before the committee in the Senate. This is a key step in getting the Senate bill to move forward. Senator Brian Schatz is on the committee. Call his office in Washington and/or Honolulu TODAY to ask for his support of the bill, and that we ask for reasonable accommodations to put up antennas in home owner associations. So far, 48 hams in Hawaii have submitted letters to Senator Schatz's office, and 47 hams have submitted letters to Senator Hirono's office.
