[HIham] More Oahu QSLs - December 2015

A couple of hundred new QSL cards from the ARRL QSL bureau have arrived 
on Oahu, courtesy of Barbara NH7FY and various intermediaries.

Cards can be picked up at HARC or KARC meetings courtesy of Kevin
AH6QO who has volunteered to tote them around.

They may also be picked up at my QTH with some advance warning (e-mail 
and phone contact information below).  Or they may be mailed if you have 
established an account with Barbara Darling NH7FY, the overall QSL 
manager for the state of Hawaii - contact her for details.  I can also 
handle mailing of Oahu QSLs if requested and advance deposit is made.
