Hurricane Guillermo maintains its strength and is forecast to approach 
closer to the islands. It will still be a potent tropical storm as it 
passes near the Big Island. Continue your preparations.

No timeline has been determined as of yet for NWS SKYWARN and Hawaii EMA 
RACES operations.  A further update will be posted when that information 
becomes available.

Due to uncertainties in the longer-range forecast, it is important not 
to focus on the exact track of the storm near the end of the forecast 
period.
