Currently Hurricane Iselle is a Category 4 storm.  It is expected to 
dimish to tropical storm strength and impact the Hawaiian Islands 
starting with the Big Island beginning around Thursday.  Prepare for 
heavy winds, rains and flooding plus associated outages.

SKYWARN is making preparations for operations.  More details as it 
becomes available.

Julio is following Iselle.  It will be in Hawaiian waters in the Sunday

Key information to date.

Between 11:00 pm and 11:30 pm last night, WH6FC at Ocean View, South 
Point and KH7DX at Kailua-Kona reported no wind and rain.

NWS reported at 2:30 am, the center cell of Iselle made landfall 5 miles 
east of Pahala on the Kau Coast of the Big Island. Previously, landfall 
was expected in the 9:00 - 9:30 pm timeframe. Separately, the outlook 
for the storm was to diminish as it traveled South Point.

Central Maui reports at 8:30 am via non-amateur radio blue skies, light 
wind and rain, calm oceans.

Makiki reports at 8:30 am light to moderate and variable rain, winds 
5-10 mph with gusts to 20 mph.
