[HIham] HB980 House Draft 2 - Mobile Cellular Telephone Bill

The House Draft 2 version of House Bill 980 relating to the use of 
mobile electronics include amateur radio (aka the mobile cellular 
telephone law)  has been released by the House Judiciary Committee. This 
version from the House Judiciary committee is tougher than the previous 
HD1 version from the House Judiciary committee.

The 48 hour notice has been given for voting by the entire House, on 
March 5.  Upon passing by the House, HB980 will cross over to the Senate 
for review, probably by the TIA/JDL and WAM committees. That's when more 
testimony will be needed.
