Walt, agreed. I passed along the same comment earlier to Ted, and he
writes back:
Ron,
Sorry, I wrote that late last night. Yes, the folks on the Geratol
net are aware of the propagation, well after the usual net closes. Many
have been hanging around after 0500. I have been able to successfully
make a HI contact from Arizona but more Eastern stations are in need.
Just thought a mention on your web page could interest more folks to
become involved, benefiting everyone. The few stations from HI and AK
are often getting more than their share of qsl requests.
When one of them relocates it often leaves a hole in the award program.
