House Bill 980 has been amended to version HD1, and is expected to 
receive a second reading in the full House tomorrow (Friday), then be 
referred to the Judiciary committee for a further hearing and possible

The next window of opportunity to submit testimony is after Friday's 
session. You should affirm the exemption for amateur radio operators, 
that it supports the operators in being equipped and trained ahead of 
emergencies.
