·20 Meters:  frequencies on SSB and digital (depending on propagation)

·40 Meters:  7.088 and 7.192 (depending on propagation and to receive 
Mainland contacts on higher 40 meter frequencies)

Kevin Bogan submitted today, Hawaii's SKYWARN Recognition Day 
registration.  The Hawaii NWS call sign will be KH6SW.  It will be 
listed in the official SKYWARN Recognition Day web site at 
http://hamradio.noaa.gov.

*Objective:*  For all amateur stations to exchange QSO information with 
as many National Weather Service Stations as possible on 80, 40, 20, 15, 
10, 6 and 2 meter bands plus the 70 centimeter band (please note Hawaii 
is only using the above mentioned frequencies).  Contacts via repeaters 
are permitted.  SKYWARN recognition day serves to celebrate the 
contributions to public safety made by amateur radio operators during 
threatening weather.

*Date: *NWS stations will operate Saturday, December 3, 2011, from 0000 
-- 2400 UTC (2:00 p.m., Friday, December 2, 2011 to 2:00 p.m., Saturday, 
December 3, 2011, HST).

*Exchange: * Call sign, signal report, QTH, and a one or two word 
description of the weather occurring at your site ("sunny", partly 
cloudy', windy', etc.).

*Event and QSL Information:*  The National Weather Service will provide 
event information via the internet.  Event certificates may be requested
