[HIham] Maui County reconsidering mobile cell phone ban

Mel KH6H reports that Maui County Council's Committee of the Whole is 
reconsidering the mobile cell phone ban for Maui County at it's meeting 
on May 12, 2010, 9:00 am.  Now is the time to submit testimony.  
Typically, less than five people submit testimony for cell phone 
legislation during the formative stages in Hawaii (the exception was the 
bill that led to the first ordinance on Oahu), so your input is very 
important.

The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of the proposed 
bill on first reading, with or without revisions. The Committee may also 
consider the filing of County
Communication No. 09-290.
