[HIham] Pepsi Challenge (teach ham radio)

To all:

I looked at the Pepsi site and (surprisingly) the e-mail proposal looks legit.

However, there must be HUNDREDS of different proposal/ideas available,  
all asking for your "vote".

My question is did anyone find the radio guy's proposal ? Is there a  
sequence number for him ?
