[HIham] Hawaii County Cell phone ban to be effective January 1, 2010, amateur radio exempted

The Hawaii County Council web pages and the Hawaii Tribune-Herald report 
that at the Hawaii County PSPRC committee meeting that Bill 66, the 
mobile cell phone bill has been amended to exempt amateur radio, with an 
effective date of January 1, 2010, and with a committee recommendation 
to pass Hawaii County Council upon its first reading which is scheduled 
to be on June 2 in Hilo.
