Hawaii Hams,
On the first day of Honolulu's mobile cellular telephone ordinance,
reports have been received of police officers that are not fully aware
of the exemption for amateur radio in the ordinance. Ham radio
operators are encouraged to keep a copy in your vehicle glove
compartment, in case you are stopped by a police officer.
For Honolulu, you can get a softcopy/link to the softcopy at these
locations:

version does not have the mayor's signature. The mayor signed it on
June 25.)
