There appears to have been a reboost of the ISS orbit sometime today.
As a result, it's running a minute later than previously published
information
as of 6:00 pm Thursday. It may run later each day. Therefore factor for a
varying amount of delay from the previous times.
If you are trying to access the reverse crossband repeater onboard the ISS,
LISTEN FOR THE DOWNLINK.
If you are calling, and you can't hear yourself, or can't hear a squelch
tail, tune your
receiver frequency up or down 5 kHZ and see if you can pick it up before you
call again. Otherwise, you'll be interfering with QSOs that are in progress
when you transmit and call CQ (or otherwise transmit).
