[HIham] Guest operations for a visiting Japanese (JA) ham

Dear Hawaii Hams,

I have a request from a JA (Japanese) ham, who will be in town in 
Honolulu for five days starting February, and he would like to do some 
HF contacts.  His license class is limited to 50 watts HF, on 40 meters 
and below, or on 17 meters and above.

He would greatly appreciate operating from your location for part of the 
time he is here.  If you are able to extend your station to him, please 
contact me, so I can make arrangements with you.
