[HIham] [koolau-arc] Flash: New legislation, House Bill 58 affecting amateur radio and home owners associations, hearing on Monday, 2:15 pm, web site up

Two hearings on Monday!  HR 143 at 9AM and HR 58 At 2PM.  I faxed my 
testimony to both committees and plan to attend both meetings.

Too bad I won't be able to attend the KARC meeting (I am chairing a 
veteran's organization Chapter meeting), next week Saturday (Valenitne's 
Day).  The discussion should be lively.
