I performed a recalculation using recent keplarian elements, and the 
pass time has moved up by six minutes.  It starts at 05:48:00 local, and 
will probably move up 2 seconds earlier to 05:47:58 by Saturday morning.

You can get the pass times, direction and doppler shift calculated for 
Honolulu at this page.  Note that the times are in UTC.

Downlink is on 145.80 MHz.  This is a 145 frequency, not 146 MHz 
frequency.  Do not transmit or call the ISS for this event, as they will 
not be listening for you.
