[HIham] Good viewing for ISS Thurs evening, after 7:55 pm

Guys,

Someone told me that you can see some identifiable outlines with an enthusiast level telescope, say one of the large Mead
or other brand reflectors. That you might even be able to easily identify the shuttle as a shuttle, and maybe some 
structure of the ISS... Is that true?
