Hi Dan,
RS/T is the signal report you give to the other station and receive
from them as part of an HF qso.
RS for voice (phone) and RST for CW.
R= readability (on a scale of 1-5)
S= signal strength (on a scale of 1-9)
T= tone (used for CW and digital modes)(on a scale of 1-9)
So, for an excellent signal on voice, you would give a 59 report.
For an excellent signal on CW, you would give 599.
