[HIham] 'Hawaii QSO Party' this weekend

Hawaii hams,
Hams from all over the US and some DXers, too, will be looking for 
Hawaii contacts this weekend
as it is the weekend of the Hawaii QSO Party.
This is a fun HF event (contest), sponsored by the Ko`olau Amateur 
Radio Club (KARC) each year.
Don't disappoint them.  Get on the air and make some QSOs, even if 
it's only for a short time.

Date/time:
Aug. 23, 07:00 Z to Aug. 24, 12:00 Z
Locally, that's:Friday, Aug.22nd, 9:00 PM to Sunday, Aug. 24th at 
noon Hawaii time.

Choose your band and mode and have fun.
Bands:  10, 15, 20, 40, 80, 160 meters
Modes: CW, Phone and digital

Contest exchanges:
Non-Hawaiian stations use RS/T, State, Country, Canadian Province, or 
maritime region.
Hawaii stations use RS/T and County (5 counties)

KARC hams will be on the air all weekend with a portable set up in 
Mokuleia as KH6J.
