I have been to Hawaii twice and would like to operate from Hawaii.

hotels are not thrilled with antennas.

I found a B & B that caters to hams but is 200 a night. 

So I was thinking of trying to get with a radio club for operating and then 
try to find a place to sleep which does not have to be 4 star as the xyl did 
not get the radio bug

Do you have any ideas?
