With the management overview of Kimo Chun (KH7U)/Jan Mitchell
(WH7Y)/Mike Bowles
(WH6AH) and a host of volunteers, the plan for the 2007 Oahu Swap Meet
has come
together and it looks like we will have a fun event.

It's a chance to dust off the boat anchors for sale and bring home
things you really need
(for next year's meet). And you get a chance to talk story with old
friends. Mark Oct 6th
on your calendar – 8:00AM to noon (the gate opens at 7:30 for sellers) .

For those interested in upgrading or helping friends/family get
licensed, Ray Moody's
(AN6LT) team will be conducting examination from 9:00AM.
(Pre-registration required).

The invitation web page is located at http://karc.net/SwapMeet/Flyer.htm

The event is at Aiea Elementary School, just off H1 near the stadium. In
fact if you're into
football UH is playing Utah State at 6:05PM so you could kill two birds
with one trip.

Direction to the school are

preparations is located at

Please if anyone has previous experience with swap meets and has
advice/suggestions or
wants to volunteer other activities, drop me an email. We'd be glad to
consider adding a
few more ideas to the plan.

73, de Joe/AHØA
