[HIham] 2 meter simplex anyone ?

To all:

Tonight (Tuesday) KH6WM will be operating 2 meter simplex (FM) as part  
of the introductory ham radio class at Kaimuki H.S. Adult Ed.

This will happen beginning at 6:45 PM sharp and concluding well before  
the EARC nightly net at 7:30 PM and the Swap'n'Shop at 8 PM.

I will make an initial extended call 6:45 PM on 146.52 Mhz at several  
power levels and will then QSY to 146.55 Mhz no later than 7 PM for  
the remainder of time available.

All stations welcome.  The school location is not ideal, so please run  
your power up and your squelch off until some operating standards can  
be established.

It is hoped to continue this net on a regular basis, so please forward
