> re-programming the Northern Calif DX Foundation controller driving a 
> TS-50 transmitter adding these WARC frequencies to the existing beacon 
> frequencies of 14.110, 21.150  and 28.200 MHz in Federal 
> Communications Commission (FCC) compliance.

> Both Senator Daniel K. Inouye (D) Hawai'i and Mr. Bill Cross, FCC 
> Staffer @Washington, DC were helpful in obtaining this FCC waiver to 
> accomplish this upgrade.
