[HIham] Interference on 7088 by China 1

Folks,
Lee Wical, KH6BZF, has heard a station on 7.088 MHz that should not be 
there.  He has already contacted the FCC and ARRL HQ.  We could use some 
local support on this in "identifying "CQ de CHINA 1" who is an Intruder 
to our band on 7.088 MHz between 0700-1700 UTC, nightly."  As I 
understand it, it is a digital signal that ID's in CW.  If you can hear 
it, please take notes on how long it is on, signal strength, etc. and 
record it into a .WAV or MP3 file.  For now, just monitor, record, and 
take notes and let me know that you are.
