Mike suggests the following,
The Chemistry building is Bilger Hall. Next to it is visitor parking and on
the left is art school parking. This is nearly half of total parking on
upper campus. At 6:30 PM there should be ample parking.
Directions
a.. Go in East/West Center Road off Dole Street.
b.. Turn left at the guard shack after paying the $3.00 fee (onto Correa
Road). You can ask the parking attendant to point you to the Chemistry
Building (Bilger Hall)
c.. Park next to the Chemistry Building, the big cubical ugly building
with few windows and four giant smoke stacks.
d.. Pick any of the several hundred parking stalls available.

Access BPL Testing in Oahu - 18:45
For about six months a small group of Oahu amateurs has been studying and
experimenting with Access BPL devices. They will present a short summary of
what they have learned and will demonstrate of RFI generated by these
devices. This will be a lead-in to questions for our speaker on how one
goes about locating the sources of such RFI.

Mike Martin owns and operates the RFI Locating & Training firm called RFI
Services. He has been locating interference sources; training and consulting
Power Companies, Cable TV and Telephone service providers full time for over
20 years. He solves hundreds of interference complaints a year. Mike has
received acknowledgments in publications such as AC Power Interference
Manual * IBEW Journal * T&D Magazine * Journal of The American Radio Relay
League. Mike is multi-licensed by the FCC and considered to be the most
experienced Interference Investigator in the country.
