We would like to schedule the first organized planning meeting for the April
2, 2005 OahuHamFest some time in January.

So far, the event has been given ARRL sanction (therefore it is listed in
the ARRL Hamfest list at arrl.org) and a web page is up at
www.qsl.net/oahuhamfest.

Looking at the Saturday mornings of January, will there be a HARC meeting in
January on any Saturday morning ?  If so, will schedule the HamFest meeting
on another day.
