elements will be offered, both Commercial and Amateur.
 
    You are to pre-register with me Not-Later-Than (NLT) 9PM Thursday, 
19th January 2006. PLEASE, NO WALK-INS. This allows your chief examiner 
to schedule assisting Volunteer Examiners.
