John: OCDA utilizes only the Yahoo list for civil defense, weather,
and tsunami bulletins, so I thought we might consider making that
the default state-wide informational amateur list.
Warren: The other lists would still exist as backup if Yahoo
were to go down. Just as we don't xmit on every amateur repeater
simultaneously during an emergency (but they're there as backup),
there's no need to post state-wide info on four email lists
simultaneously. We just need to get everyone on the same list!
My comment on just using Yahoo is only a suggestion; there's no
harm in leaving everything status quo.
