HI again,

While these may be too late to impact tomorrow's
vote in the House,  perhaps useful when the bills
move on over to the Senate side and for later.

John Hennessee, N1KB at ARRL HQ supplied to me
some links of specific emergency situations to which
amateur radio operators supplied lots of help.

Speciffically to the World Trade Center disaster,  he
gave this link:

This is a .pdf file of the November 1991 QST report.
My printer is not working,  so perhaps someone else
can print out the material and get it to the legislators,
if believed to be useful to the cause.

There are many other disasters to which amateurs
responded also listed,  with links to specifics on this page:

I have not looked at all of them,  but some will contain
mentions of comendations by the Red Cross,  CD, etc.
