[HIham] Request for non-ham support of HB 2773 and 2774

Dear fellow amateurs,

Regarding support for House Bills 2773 and 2774 permitting amateur radio
antennas in condos and subdivisions.

What's really needed to push through the bills are two things:

*  Your continued contact with your representative and senator.
*  Broad support from non-amateur agencies -- especially
involved or affected by emergency communications.

We have or will have contact with the following agencies.  If you
have contacts beyond this list, could you see if they can support
the bills.

*  FEMA
*  Oahu Civil Defense
*  Kapiolani Medical Center
*  State Civil Defense
*  Verizon

Anyone with effective contacts with:

*  Coast Guard
*  HFD
*  HPD
*  Yacht Clubs that track maritime nets, and individuals that are yatchers.
*  Private corporations, especially those affected by emergencies and 
public service
