[HIham] July 13th, last day for action on antenna bills

It has been reported to me that July 13th is the last day for action on our
antenna bills.  According to the Governor's Policy Analyst, the 45 day
period consists of "working days."  We have let the Governor's office know
that we are available to answer questions if needed.

I apologize for the conflicting information I have published previously.  We
had had difficulty in learning the time limitations on the bills once they
were in the Governor's office.

We will let you know as soon as we receive word of any update on the status
of the bills.
