OK, actually Warren is in charge.  The swap meet was his idea, and
his effort made it happen.  He solicited the sponsorship of KARC
of which I am Secretary so I am aware of how that happened, and
EARC.

At that KARC meeting it was made clear that even though KARC
would sponsor the swap meet, Warren was still the main man, the
one in charge.

There should be a rule, for the good of Ham radio everywhere.

People should spend as much time operating and enjoying Ham radio
activities as they do Bitching about them...

So if everyone still feels like it is "operating" whip it out and
write your callsign in the snow again.
