[HIham] Waipahu ham class - rescheduled

The Waipahu ham class ("Amateur Radio, Introductory") has been rescheduled
for the January (Spring) session due to number of actual enrollees falling
below the required head count needed for Adult Ed classes.

The next session will be listed in the half-page Adult Education Spring
Session ads appearing in both daily newspapers and in MidWeek weekly.  I
will also put out an announcement on the ham reflectors.

Those local hams invited to do "guest speaker" roles all responded
wonderfully, and my thanks to you.  Hope you all are willing to try again
next time.

I will be maintaining contact with the new faces that did sign up.
