[HIham] VHF tropo opening

Just copied Coast Guard Humbolt Bay (CA) on VHF Marine band Channel 16
(156.80 MHz) which indicates a tropospheric duct opening to the West
Coast for you 2m DX hounds!

(I'm at the Sand Island Coast Guard base right now)
