Aloha,
My name is Greg Amancio, callsign: NH6ZS, this year's marathon will be
held on Sunday, December 08.
Race gun fires off at 0500 hrs. On behalf of the Honolulu Marathon
Association 
we are asking for volunteers to assist in radio communications from the
start- line, 
along the race course, to the finish line. The communication coverage we
would provide begins from 0430 hrs. until 1430 hrs.
The following positions are needed:
NCS - (2 operators)
Start Line / Technical Race Director�s radio communicator 
Time Clock Coordinator�s radio communicator 
Wheelchair Coordinator's radio communicator 
Mile Markers / Time Clock positions (5 and 25 mile / 40 K markers)
Various spots along Diamond Head Road / Human Chain
If you have time to share and would like to volunteer Sunday morning, if
you 
know of anyone who may be interested in helping out (ham or non-ham)
