[HIham] Pacific Section (ARRL) appointees meeting June 1

To All Oahu hams:

Our ARRL Section Manager Bob Schneider has called his first State-wide
appointees meeting for this Saturday June 1 at Hilo.

I will be attending representing Oahu as the ASM (Oahu).

I have already accumulated a list of concerns from many of you, but please
forward any issues that YOU think should get priority handling by ARRL and
its volunteer officers.

My personal feeling is that HR 4720 (extension of PRB-1 to private
contracts) should be the number one action item for the Pacific section.

I will post the meeting agenda if one is received and I will be posting the
minutes of the meeting.
