*** Coming from town (Honolulu) on the freeway, do NOT get off at Red Hill.
Stay on the freeway over the top of Red Hill (watch for "Aloha
Stadium/Halawa" signs), get in the right lane, crest the hill and on down
the other side, do NOT take H-3 exit (right-most lane), take next exit
("Stadium/Halawa") and follow the road through the first traffic light
(cannot turn left). At the second traffic light (Kahuapaani Street), turn
left (makai). Go about a mile, crossing over the free way, the first MAIN
ROAD with traffic light will be Salt Lake Boulevard. Turn left (Diamond
Head) on Salt Lake Boulevard, go about 1/2 mile, looking for high block wall
on left with "FOSTER VILLAGE" in big letters, large school across on right
side is Radford High School. At the traffic light across from Radford H.S.
turn left (mauka) into Foster Village (if you pass the GIANT ANCHOR in front
of Radford, you have passed the entrance). Turn left at first stop sign (T
intersection), follow street around, swap meet area is on right at first
intersection.
**** Until the parking lot fills up, all hams will get a parking space
(sellers/swappers bringing equipment on right side, buyers/spectators on
left side). Once the parking lot is full, we will be asking late-arriving
buyers/spectators to find street parking nearby so that late-arriving
sellers/swappers with equipment can have spaces as they open up. Please
kokua if you are asked to park on the street.
Update #2 will be released in about 10 days, just before the "Big Event" !!!
