Thanks for your query.  Hope the following helps !

Foster Village is a large subdivision to the East (Diamond Head) of Aloha
Stadium.

Foster Village is reached via Salt Lake Boulevard (a main secondary street)
which runs from the Aloha Stadium towards downtown Honolulu (runs almost to
Kalihi).

>From the Aloha Stadium, drive toward Honolulu on Salt Lake Boulevard, pass a
McDonalds, go through 2 traffic lights, and look for large Foster Village
letter on high wall (left (mauka) side of road), at the 3rd traffic light.

Turn left (mauka) in to Foster Village, proceed to first stop sign (T
intersection).  Turn left, stay on this street as it curves around, first
right turn leads immediately into the Community Center.  Look for large
parking lot next to the street.  Entrance is in front of the Community
Center building. 

There should be PLENTY of ham activity in plain sight hi.
